The Club is part of POWERtalk International, a not-for-profit organisation founded in 1938 and now operating in 21 countries.

Guests are always welcome at our club and they will not be pressed to speak unless they really wish to.

POWERtalk clubs are open to everybody - Members come from all walks of life and for many and varying reasons. Their backgrounds include intellectual, professional, trade, student, lacking formal education and English as a second language. 

Whatever your 'station' in life, good communication skills are essential.
